Please tell me how to get lines(rows and columns) on my paper when I print
out my spreadsheet using excel? |

Go to the File menu and choose Page Setup. There, select the

Go into Page Setup and on the Sheet page check the box for Gridlines.

And make sure "Draft Quality" is not checked.
