Share Workbook - Knowing who is in it.
I know if you click "Tools" & "Share Work book" it gives you a list of who is
currently using the work book. Is there any way of using that information in the workbook itself? Background: We use Audio Conferencing alot in our offices and it is difficult to know if everyone is there without seeing them. What I am trying to do is have a shared workbook that everyone opens when they join the Audio Conference. To make it user friendly, I was intending having a photo of each user with the words "Joined" appearing underneath if they have opened the workbook (and were on the Audio Conference. I would rather this was done automatically than relying on users updating their own status. To do this I will need to get the information out of the list that comes out when you select "Tools" & "Share Wookbook". Any ideas? Many thanks |
