Default Conditional Formatting with multiple spreadsheets

What I am trying to do is take 2 spreadsheets with the same excel file, let's
call them sheet 1 and sheet 2. I want to go down row by row in column A of
sheet 1 and see if what is in each row appears anywhere in column A of sheet
2. If it does appear in that sheet, I want that row (or at least that cell)
in sheet 1 to be hilighted, or really have any kind of format change to make
it obvious. How would I go about doing this?

I appreciate any help I can get!
