Default Change selected highlight color?

Hi, I am using Excel 2007 and I have noticed that I can barely see the light
gray highlight when selecting cells. Is there any way to change this? I have
searched online and found others are having this same issue, see this:

Default Change selected highlight color?

Fred- I have been going crazy to try and find a new highlight color other
than that horrible light blue. You can really mess something up when
highlighting. This was irresponsible on Microsofts part. Went to your link
and no help either...let me know if you find anything out
