Default Opening Excel in 2 different windows 2007

I have a LCD Desktop Screen and laptop computer in order to use both screens
I would like to open Excel in 2 DIFERENT Screens.

I Have not been able to find the Options to open in new tab or new window in
EXCEL
2007. I can't find where to change this option any help would be apreciated.
