can I lighten background page numbers
In Page Break Preview, I want to keep the background page numbers to help
others follow a table of contents, but they're too dark to read through. Is there any way to lighten them? -- LA Horowitz |

can I lighten background page numbers
No.
Maybe, instead of PB preview, insert numbers on the sheet using Wordart. Set the color to "no color" and the line color to 80% grey. Size for viewability.
