ASAP Utilities, a free add-in available at www.asap-utilities.com has
features which make this easy to accomplish.

A simple way is to use the UPPER function. For example - =UPPER(A2)
changes cell A2 to upper case. If this is a one shot deal then you
can create this off to the side of your original data and copy back
into your original cells using paste special : Values.
