Default Excel cut and paste row takes a long time. Lots of formulas.

Excel cut and paste row takes a long time. Lots of formulas across many
columns. Auto Calculation turned off. Even a blank row insert takes forever
(15 seconds or more).

Any idea how I can speed this up?

Are there any links to other workbooks or other files? And have you
tried the file on another PC to see if it is a hardware issue?
