Default comparing two separate spreadsheets

I am using excel 2003
I have two separate spreadsheet tables that has mostly the same data though
there is some different data. Is there a way that i can sort the data onto
one spreadsheet using similar indentifiers and separate the data that is not
in the other table?

If they are large tables, or if this is something you must do repeatedly, you
might be interested in Jim Cone's fine commercial Add-in called XLCompanion.
