Default Double Click to go to precedent

Is there a a navigation option in Excel that allows you to double click on a
cell which then navigates to the precedent cell. Where is this option
located?

Hi

xl2003 and below:

ToolsOptionsEdit tab and uncheck "Edit directly in cell"
