Default I need some support

i have created a list of e mail addy's and i want outlook to get its
adresses from the workbook is this posssible if it is pls how can it
be done. Thank you.

Yes, it is possible.

With Outlook open, FileImport or ExportImport

Follow your nose from there by designating an Excel workbook.

Note: Outlook likes to have the range of addresses in Excel to be a named
range.
