Default excel borders in print preview

Why do the cell borders show up as different weights in print preview? I
want to put the charts into PP. If I use the shift/edit/copy picture
function it copies the chart with the random line weights. If I import as an
object then I lose resolution. How can I get print preview to show the
lines all at the original weight?
