Default Pivot Table-using filters or groups

The curly brackets {} mean that the formula
is an array formula and has to be entered
with SHIFT+CTRL+ENTER
I could have used
=SUMPRODUCT(1/COUNTIF(Cust,Cust))-Winners
which requires only ENTER
