ahhhh autocomplete..... wasnt sure what the feature was called. This is
exactly what i needed thanks.

Michael's answer enables copying an entry down with the Fill Handle.
Perhaps that's what you meant by autofill. Also, you can use Ctrl - '
(Ctrl plus apostrophe) to repeat the cell above.
