and I want to get Total 7, please help

I have NO idea how you calculate to get 7!

could you explain that further?

Sorry, actually I just want to group all of them and count the no of group,
it should be total = 3

=SUMPRODUCT((A1:A10<"")/COUNTIF(A1:A10,A1:A10&""))
