okey here is what i want to do i dont know if it is possible or not

I have a column that starts from F5 to F30
this column has some numbers in it
the number is either 1 or 2

i want to see
IF F5 = 1
ADD H5 TO WHATS IN J5

AND TO CHECK THE REST OF THE COLUMN FROM F5 TO F30
