share this module to another user, it's any easy way to convert number to
text and share to another excel?

What is the question, are you allowed, or how do you do it?

Start a brand new workbook
Put that function in this new workbook's project.
Save that file as Yuris_utils.xls

Share this file with others.

Tell them that they have to open your utility workbook each time they want to
use that function.

And the formula will look like:

=yuris_utils.xls!whateverthenameofthefunctionis(a1 )
