Default Paste Special\Unformatted Text\Display as Icon

Hi

Search didnt turn up anything on this. Using 2003.

I copy text from the internet into excel frequently. Always copy in as
unicode text or text (never have known the difference).

In the Paste Special box theres a little check box near the middle right
that says display as icon. Would love to, but its always dim.

Any way to turn it on? This would be a time saver.

Thx to anyone who takes the time to answer.

sam
