Default Smart Tag Treasury

I am running Excel 2003 and would like to create a spreadsheet that looks up
the Treasury bill rates

USB5Y US 5 Year Bond
USB10Y US 10 Year Bond
USB30Y US 30 Year Bond
USB30YP US 30 Year T Bond

Smart Tags are turned on and Excel recognizes MSFT (of course) and others.
Has anyone else tried to pull this data in using smart tags?
