Default Unhide row a1

I've tried all the suggestions to unhide row a1. None have worked so far.
Any other thoughts on a forever hidden a1?

Default Unhide row a1

Hit <F5 (Go To)
Type in
A1
Then hit <Enter

Then, from the Menu Bar,
<Format <Row <Unhide.

Default Unhide row a1

A1 is a cell, not a row.

If you mean row 1 is hidden, then press F5, then enter A1 in the reference
box, click OK. Then (not Excel 2007) Format/Row/Unhide. If Excel 2007 then
Home/Format/Visiblity/Unhide Rows

Just to add...

If you still can't see row 1 (or column A???), try unfreezing the panes:

Window|Unfreeze panes
(xl2003 menu)
