Default Security Setting

Hi

All cells in Excel are Locked by default.
This means when Sheet Protection is enabled, those cells will be locked.

First use FormatCellsProtection and remove the Locked check mark from the
cells you wish people to use.
Then apply ToolsProtectionProtect sheet

Be aware that Worksheet protection can be overcome, even if you set a
password, if users are determined to remove it.
