Security Setting
Hi
How can I set security on an excel template so that usera are only allowed to click and change on specific cells while other cells are disabled. Thanks -- tarig |

Hi
All cells in Excel are Locked by default. This means when Sheet Protection is enabled, those cells will be locked. First use FormatCellsProtection and remove the Locked check mark from the cells you wish people to use. Then apply ToolsProtectionProtect sheet Be aware that Worksheet protection can be overcome, even if you set a password, if users are determined to remove it. -- Regards Roger Govier "Tarig" wrote in message ...
