Is there anywhere to configure the settings in Excel 2007 aside from the
"Excel Options" button? There are a bunch of visual and "are you sure"
options I'd love to change to speed up Excel. I'm a seasoned Excel user going
back 10+ years and I find the latest version really has slowed my work down
as I look for buttons/ribbons/etc...

Basically I'm looking for a "Professional Setting", if possible.
