Default Combining and merging lines

I have a spreadsheet with about 6000 lines of zip codes. It is sorted by
county for each state. What I would like to do, is consolidate the records so
that there is only one row with each zip code for that particular county
instead of one row per county/zip code. Is this possible or am I not being
clear? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
