I have a wide, short table that runs across two pages, but the second page
would easily fit on the same printed sheet underneath the first. How can I specify in Excel to print two pages on one sheet. (This would be much like Word's multiple pages-per-sheet print option.) Thanks. |

Excel does not have the ability to re-arrange the layout of your sheet when
it prints. I'd suggest a cut/paste or two to get what you want. After printing you can do some undos or simply close this workbook without saving and open the original. -- Jim "hmm" wrote in message ... |I have a wide, short table that runs across two pages, but the second page | would easily fit on the same printed sheet underneath the first. Thanks Jim. That's actually what I did. Chalk that one up as another
suggestion to Microsoft! "Jim Rech" wrote: Excel does not have the ability to re-arrange the layout of your sheet when it prints. I'd suggest a cut/paste or two to get what you want. Nice suggestion. I am not familiar with Paste Picture Link, because Excel
2000 does not have it. Anyway, I am only concerned with cells themselves, so Paste Link is a good solution. Thanks.
