Default Web toolbar Address command

Hi there, I used to customise my toolbar by dragging the Address Command from
the Web toolbar, but I'm now unable to find either or. How do I get the
Address Command back? And is the Quick Access Toolbar the only customisable
bit? Thanks, Cecile.
