After closing a print preview screen you see a dotted line outlining the
pages. What would be the cause that this dotted line is not showing in the
worksheet?

Gord, thank you, but this wasn't the problem. With that box checked or not,
the page breaks were not showing after closing print preview. I was trying
to troubleshoot this for another employee and we were stumped until he said,
"Another problem with this spreadsheet is that as I add for rows the printout
gets smaller and smaller." Bingo! That was the problem. In page setup, "Fit
one page wide by one page tall" was selected. When we changed it to "Adjust
by % size", it solved both problems. The page breaks now show after closing
out of print preview. Connie
