Excel drops my lead zeros: need 0051 not 51
Please help me to format the cell to view and print with the lead zeros

Excel drops my lead zeros: need 0051 not 51
Format the cell as Text prior to entering the data, or precede the number
with an apostrophe (the apostrophe will not display in the cell but will be visible in the formula bar) or format the cells with a custom format of 0000. |

Custom format 0000 or preformat as text and AFTER you have formatted as text

Either format as text before you type the number in, or
