Please help me to format the cell to view and print with the lead zeros

Format the cell as Text prior to entering the data, or precede the number
with an apostrophe (the apostrophe will not display in the cell but will be
visible in the formula bar) or format the cells with a custom format of
0000.

Custom format 0000 or preformat as text and AFTER you have formatted as text
type 0051

Either format as text before you type the number in, or
Precede the number by an apostrophe, or
Format the cell as 0000 if you want a 4 digit number.
