Default importing data into excel2003 from some web site?

could anyone help me?

why the data will be changed when import data into excel2003 from some web
site?
for example, 01234 will be changed to 1234.

Is there anyway to prevent excel removing 0?

Format the cell as text before importing the data, or format as 00000 if you
want 5 digits.
