Default Bullet list in a cell with word wrap and hanging indent on 1st lin

Excel 2007 under WinXPPro
I browsed the postings about bullets in a cell and they are helpful and
informative. I now know how to insert bullets in a cell (alt 0149) and how
to force a carriage return and enter another bullet and line, etc.
This is perfect as long as the column is wide enough to hold the text and
bullet.
But how do I take this the next step and have properly indented second lines
for my bullets?
