how do i copy conditional formating from one cell to other?
another question: how do i copy cell (or cells) without conditional
formating but with all others(formula, formats, values)

to copy the conditional formats:

Copy | Paste Special | Formats

To do not copy the conditional format,:
Copy ? Paste Special | Formulas

But you need to format again, conditional format is consider a format on copy
