How can I add borders inside a cell?
How can I make a borders inside a cell horizontal instead of vertical and be
able to cut the line in half if needed for a cell, this is for a work roster and its making me sooooooo frustrated!!!! |

No, you cannot with borders ... But the drawing menu, you can perform all kinds of frames ... HTH |

Your frustration comes from attempting something that is not possible. Borders go around cells, not within them. Try the Drawing Toolbar.
