Default Adding an Outlook appointment shortcut to the Excel menu

How can I add an Outlook appointment shortcut to the Excel menu.
Dragging and dropping doesn't work.
This is the shortcut
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE" /c ipm.appointment

Is there a way to add a post save menu to Excel?
I would need to be able to add items to the menu?

Put in a toolbar button from the Customize menu, and then make a
Hyperlink to the shortcut.
