Default Cell protection

I understand how to lock only certain cells in a worksheet. What I would like
to know is how do I set it up so that I can easily clear out the contents of
cells that are changeable without deleting the formulas in the cells that I
want to stay the same.

On the Edit menu select "Goto", then select "Special..."then select
"Constants"Ok out. Now all the data and no formulas are selected, just right
click and select "Clear contents". Until you are comfortable with doing this
PLEASE do it on a backed up copy.
