Can someone please tell me if there is a way to show the options offered in a
drop down box on the actual document when printed? Thnks

Where do these come from in the first place? Often from a list in the
spreadsheet, so arrange to print that list somewhere in your printout.

Thanks Stephen - Yes they are in the spreadsheet so will look at doing this,
was hoping to be able to print out on the one sheet in s similar way you
would when showing a presentation, but never mind.
