Default Copy of Data

Is there anyway I can copy data from an Excell program and move it to a Word
program, wihout all of the cell lines? I've found that I can do it by just
coping the date within a cell and then pasting to Word, however this will
take me forever to do the entire excell document Can I move all of the data
at once? Thank you

Default Copy of Data

Hi,

Instead of just pasting into word go to Edit/Paste Special and select
"unformatted text"
