Hello out there. One day I clicked something I wasn't aware of (too easy to
do with a tablet) and now, every time I open ANY Excel file it comes up with Microsoft Visual Basic - File not found. It's definitely not because of a missing linked file, because it even happens when I open Excel from the Start Menu. Any other subsequent files that are opened do not give this message. I noticed afterwards that in the folder that contains PERSONAL.XLS there was a new file with a generic Icon on it (Windows doesn't know how to open it). The file name is AB3EF600. I'm guessing that my slip of the tablet pen (somewhere in the top right corner) has done something to remove this file from wherever it should be (wherever that is!). How do I find out what sort if file it is and where it belongs? Does anyone have any ideas please? |
