Default Auto Filter

I am using Excel 2003. After using Alt + down button, is there a key I can
press to select "(All)", i.e., we can press "B" to select any enteries in the
column that start with "B"?

short answer - no
and what you are using is not autofilter, it is just a way of suggesting
entries
