Default Comments addede to cells above frozen panes are not entirely visib

I greated an database in excel, added comments to database headings and froze
panes just below headings. Now if I scroll down the database, these comments
I wrote are moveing "behind" the rows of the database and can't be seen
entirely. Only part of the comment which is above freezing line is visible.
Is there something I can do to put these comment like always on top?

With hope that somebody have had this kind need as well

We've all had the problem but I'm afraid there is no solution.
