Default Excel Printing Issue - Please Confirm

I have a long Excel document that my peers would like to print on fewer
pages. Because I am printing the document on fewer pages, Excel has
compensated by shrinking the text when it is printed. So now the document has
14 pt font when viewed on the computer but when it prints out, the font
appears much smaller. I say this has happened because too much information is
on one page and cannot be fixed - they don't want to listen. Does anyone know
of any way to override Excel shrinking the font when it is printed - without
changing the pagebreaks? I would appreciate any response even if it proves me
wrong.

I've run into similar issues. To compensate, I make sure my total used colum
width is set to the width your paper (720 pixels if using .5 inch margins).
For example: If you have 2 columns, you want to make sure the total width of
both columns does not exceed 720 pixels. Also make sure to print pages to
100% of normal size.
