Default Convert number

I want to convert a number into a different format. For example the number
1205050000 (without fullstops) will be converted to 12.05.05.0000 (with 3
fullstops).

Hi Spiros,

Maybe FormatCellsNumber and apply a
custom format of 00"."00"."00"."0000
