Default sheet dragging glitch?

Hi everyone

Can anyone help me...I have programmed a multi sheet excel document with
links everywhere and therefore do not want to start again :(

In this particular spreadsheet I cannot seem to drag cells as you can
nrmally do, hovering over the corner, black cross, drag - not that I need to
explain....

The black 'drag' cross doesn't appear, I have opened other 'new' sheets and
it works...could something been accidently switched on/off, if so how do i
switch it back on/off?

I am having to write formulae for every cell....please help!

Maybe,
