Default Shortcut for hide/show detail in grouped columns/rows

Is there a shortcut for this other than using the mouse to click the
plus/minus sign or the numbers in the top left of the screen?

Also, is there a shortcut for renaming a worksheet instead of double
clicking or right clicking on it? Similar to F2 for renaming a file name.

Thanks!!

I don't know a shortcut for the first, but you could go through the menu system
via the accelerator keys to rename a worksheet:

alt-o,h,r
(o for fOrmat, h for sHeet, r for Rename)
