Hi Johne
It is difficult to advise without knowing what information is being held, and what are the criteria on the board where the cards are placed. But, take a look at the Autofilter facility in Excel. If you had columns headed Name, Watch, Station, Zipcode etc and you enter some information on rows under this, then highlight the header row and choose DataFilterAutofilter Now use the dropdown that appears on the column heading Watch, and select Blue for example, and you would see a list of people on Blue Watch. You could apply further filters to this filtered list, be selecting a Station, or a Zipcode etc. If this in any way helps in what you are trying to do and you need more help, then post back with more details and we may be able to help you. -- Regards Roger Govier "johne" wrote in message ...
