Default Password Prompt

I have a file that is set to prompt for a password at startup for write
access. I would like to give someone a copy of the file that is not set to
prompt for password. How do I remove the protection. I don't want to give
out the password.

Default

FileSave AsToolsGeneral Options.

Delete the password from here and save the workbook with a new name.

Send that to the "someone".
