Default Lookup table help please

Using Excel 2003. I've tried, I just can't do this and need some help
please...(both table and data are representative of current spreadsheets).

Table (age col A; years of service Row 1)
A B C D E
1 30 29 28 27
2 62 100 100 100 100
3 61.5 100 100 100
4 61 100 100
5 60.5 100

Data: Col A = age; Col B = yrs/svs
A B
1 54.5 28.2
2 61.8 29.2
3 23.6 11.8

How do I ask if age is more than 61 and yrs/svs more than 29, then 100, if
not N/A? I will have to do this with several thousand rows with age range
from 21 to 75, and yrs of svs similarly spanned.

Thankyou for your help.
