Default Pivot Formula

Not done Pivot formula's before.

I have a pivot table that has several columns one being [Problem Open Date].
I want to restrict the rows I bring back to were the [Problem Open Date] is =
to Ranges'!$B$5

I have tried creating a formula [=if( 'Problem Open Date''Date
Ranges'!$B$5,1,0)], however I get an error relating to using formula's.

Hi Paul

Use the formula on another column adjacent to the existing source data.
Give the column a heading.
Expand your source range to include this new column by right click on PTPT
WizardBackadjust source RangeOK

On the PT drag the newly created field to the Page areause the dropdown to
Select 1
