How do I get this infomation to show me just the total of each file # on one
signle row as listed below? 1) Highlight the range of cells containing your data
2) Go to the Data Tab 3) Click on Subtotal 4) For your case, "At each change in:" Enter: File#, and use the Sum function. This gives me subtotoals but not in the format that I am looking for. I
