Hyperlink in Excel - not the same after it is emailed
I set up an Excel spreadsheet to list accounting procedures we have and then
hyperlinked the name to the MS Word procedure itself. When I email the spreadsheet to our staff, the hyperlink to the original Word document does not work. When I mouse-over the hyperlnk I see that it links to a non-existment temporay internet file instead of to the original one on our network server. Anyone know how to set up the hyperlink so it will trully link to the original file? (I do not see a way to attach a screenshot of what I am talking about, so I hope you understand my problem.) |
