Default NUMBER FORMATTING: ODDS AND TEAM RECORDS

I need assistance in creating a custom numbering format in order to display
odds and team records correctly. Each number should be separated with a
dash.

Currently, these numberings are typically converted to dates. General and
text settings do not address the issue. I have had limited success with
custom date formulas such as d-m-y.

The General Structure I need to support:
ABC-DEF-GHI example: 123-678-345
AB-D and/or ABC-D examples: 20-1 & 200-1
