I have just prepared a report using the subtotal feature. I am finding that I
have to click on every subtotal line individually in order to format them with a yellow background to highlight them. If i drag through the entire list of lines, ALL the lines get formatted even though I clicked to see only the subtotal lines (clicked on the small 2 in the subtotal lines to the left of the screen.) Is there an easier way to do this? |
